Indonesia established a Covid-19 Task Force that integrates women’s and children’s issues into the national pandemic response. Additionally, a Non-Medical Volunteer Coordination Team was formed to raise public awareness on Covid-19 prevention, prevent violence against women and children (VAWC), and support access to social assistance, ensuring a gender-responsive approach during the health crisis.
